TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:

a) Minimum rental period is 14 days

d) The compulsory deposit will be refunded once equipment is returned

e) A rental contract will be issued and initial 14 days rental, transportation & commissioning charges including the deposit will be collected on day of commissioning.

f) All prices quoted are before GST.

Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection will not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the first month’s rental charge or S$60.00 (whichever is higher) to cover the administrative and logistic costs.
Cancellations made on the same day or within 1 hour of delivery will be non-refundable.

a) Payment Terms

- A rental contract will be issued. Payment for the initial 14-day rental period, transportation & commissioning charges, and the deposit must be made on the day of commissioning.

b) Booking Requirement

- Please book early to secure availability, usually bookings made one week in advance will be successful.
