How to use: 

Sit upright and hold the device vertically.

Exhale normally before placing the mouthpiece in your mouth.

Close your lips firmly around the mouthpiece.

Inhale slowly and deeply while watching the indicator.

Hold your breath briefly before exhaling normally.

Repeat according to your healthcare professional’s instructions.
