The DARCO POGO® Athletic Offloading Sneaker is a stylish athletic therapeutic shoe designed to provide targeted pressure reduction, cushioning, comfort and support while maintaining the appearance and convenience of everyday footwear.

POGO features a specially engineered 13 mm thick Aircore™ Insole, which is approximately 3 times thicker than standard insoles. The additional thickness provides enhanced rebound, supportive and springy cushioning, helping deliver lasting comfort during extended wear.

Customizable Aircore™ Insole with Targeted Pressure Relief

The Aircore™ Insole incorporates an innovative removable peg system that allows the user to create a customized offloading zone. Individual pegs can be removed around the area requiring relief, helping to reduce localized pressure and maximize comfort exactly where it is needed most.

This customizable design provides targeted pressure reduction while helping to promote healing in the affected area.

Wide Toe Box

POGO is designed with a wide toe box, providing additional room for the foot and helping improve both comfort and stability. The brochure also demonstrates the generous width of the shoe with a weight-bearing X-ray of a patient with a bunion, showing how the POGO accommodates the foot comfortably.

Bungee Laces

The shoe features bungee laces for convenience and a secure fit every time. This design makes the footwear easier to put on and adjust while maintaining a comfortable and secure fit.

Pull-On Convenience

A convenient heel loop allows for effortless pull-on and easy on/off, making POGO practical for everyday use.

The DARCO POGO® may be used for:

• Hot Spots
• Blisters
• Calluses
• Bunions
• Corns
• Open Wounds – Wagner Grade 1 or less
• Neuroma
• Metatarsalgia
• Diabetic Foot Ulcer Prevention
• Offloading areas less than 2.5 cm²

Contraindications

POGO is contraindicated for:

• Open fractures
• Wagner Grade 2–5 Diabetic Wounds
• Offloading areas greater than 2.5 cm²
