TURTLE GYM TPA-03 is a compact Whole Body Vertical Vibration (WBVV) system designed to provide gentle vertical rhythmic exercise. Using vertical vibration, the platform stimulates the body from the bottom upward and can be used for muscle, joint, balance and general physical activity training.
The TPA-03 features an approximately 3 mm vertical amplitude, seven selectable frequency levels and three automatic programmes. Its compact platform design allows users to perform a variety of standing and exercise positions while adjusting the vibration setting according to individual requirements.
