TURTLE GYM Isokinetic Chest Press & Seated Row

TURTLE GYM Isokinetic Chest Press & Seated Row

Model: LGS01 / LSW01

The TURTLE GYM LGS01 / LSW01 is a dual-core isokinetic strength training system designed for chest press and seated rowing exercises. Using constant-speed control, the equipment provides bidirectional push-and-pull strength training targeting the chest, hands, arms and other upper-limb muscle groups.

Compared with conventional strength training equipment, the isokinetic system adjusts resistance according to the amount of force applied by the user while maintaining a constant movement speed. This makes the equipment particularly suitable for middle-aged adults, seniors and individuals with reduced physical strength.

Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training

Isokinetic training uses specialised equipment to maintain a constant movement speed while resistance changes according to the force exerted by the user. Regardless of the amount of force applied, the movement speed remains constant, allowing the muscles to contract and train throughout different joint angles.
