Place your order before 4:00pm Monday through Friday and we’ll ship it within three working day. For items on back order, the lead time will be varied, please email us to check on the estimate lead time. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays

Fu Kang Rehab Shop Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
More than 90% of the mistakes can be spotted and settled directly with the sellers to save your loss. Nevertheless, some items may get undetected during our inspection or damaged during international transportation.
Fu Kang Rehab Shop offers a worry-free warranty policy to cover these issues. Compensation or exchange will be offered for issues that are within our inspection coverage.
**Please take note that quality, authenticity or functionality related issues are not covered.
Wrong items: If the items you received are of wrong quantity, size, color or design, please take a photo with the order number and a short description.
Damaged items: If the items you received are found to have damages or defects, please take a photo with the order number and a short description. Compensation for partial damage item subjects to the severity of damage.
Missing items: All orders are supposed to come with Finger Shop’s order number labels. Sometimes orders may be packed closely together and difficult to see, if you find the order number label, the item should be inside. If both the item and order number label are missing, you can tell us the missing order number.

We will reply you within 3-5 working days after checking with our team and sellers.
Limitations to Grant Return and Refund
We will consider item to be in good condition if there is no report of claim after seven (7) calendar days from the collection date. We may reject any request reported thereafter.
Please ensure that the return code is attached when returning items, items returned without the code will not be accepted. Return code is valid for two (2) weeks upon issuance.
Lemon law in Singapore covers the sales of products in Singapore and do not cover sale of service. Finger Shop is a service provider for overseas purchases and shipment. For issues that is not covered under our inspection coverage, we can try to negotiate with the sellers for any possible alternative solution upon request. Kindly note that we are unable to guarantee any the solution given by the sellers.
You have seven (7)calendar days to return an item from the date of arrival.
To be eligable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from from your refund.
