How much is shipping within Singapore?
Shipping rates for orders below S$150 are about S$6.5, depending on the items ordered. Enjoy free shipping for orders over $150 only for local delivery.
We do not ship to the following locations: Sentosa, Tuas and Changi Airport.
If you would like for your items to be delivered to Sentosa, Tuas, or Changi Airport, add on the S$10 Distance Delivery Fee to your cart, along with your items. This will apply even if your order is over $150.
I need an item urgently. What can I do?
We have Express Delivery Services available at an additional charge. We have several options for Express Delivery that you can add to your cart, along with your items:
Do note that all express delivery services are subject to stock availability. You can select our Express Delivery options simply by searching 'Express Delivery' in the search bar and adding the relevant option to your cart. Once we have received your order, we will arrange to send your items out using our Express Delivery Service.
Alternatively, you can make your purchase directly from our showroom or opt for store pick-up.
Is there anywhere in Singapore that you don't deliver to?
Due to certain limitations by certain organisations, we do not deliver to restricted zones such as army bases, shipyards, and offshore islands.
Do you ship internationally and how much will it cost?
We are a Singapore-based company that offers international shipping. To check the cost of shipping to your location, pls email to us at sales@fukanghealthcare.com
Kindly note that customs or remote delivery locations can cause delays. Duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Which shipping option should I choose?
You will be presented shipping options based on quickest delivery time and most value-for-money. Please note that some shipping options (e.g. DHL E-Commerce Packet Plus, TNT for remote areas, etc.) may provide limited tracking for your parcel as they rely on postal services for last mile deliveries. If you have any questions regarding which shipping option to choose, please chat with us or call us and we will try our best to assist you.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
After you enter your address at the check-out page, you will be provided with shipping options with different delivery times. We typically fulfil your order within 3 working day of it being placed, so do take that into consideration when estimating the arrival date.
What is a working day?
This refers to a business day between Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
How do I track my order?
If you've chosen a shipping option on the check-out page, you will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been fulfilled (typically within 3 working day of your order being placed). If you qualify for flat-rate shipping, you will not receive a tracking ID but will receive your items within the specified delivery period.
How do I change my shipping address/contact details after my order has been placed?
Please drop us an email at sales@fukanghealthcare.com, chat with us or call +65-97288210 as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make. As we work with third-party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the shipping address if the order is already on its way.
