I purchased this system for exercises recommended by my physical therapist for frozen shoulder. It is lightweight, glides easily and simple to install on the door. It comes with a clearly written instruction book with sample exercises and supporting photos. I did need to shorten the rope which was easily accomplished. As a bonus its small size makes it ideal for traveling.

Pulley set is easy to adapt to any doorway. It can be used in multiple ways for shoulder therapy. The price is reasonable.
