These are comfortable to wear and stay in place, they are a nice soft silicon, but I haven't worn them long enough to know if they'll make a difference.

My job makes me have to walk and stand a lot every day. My pain was getting worse. by wearing separator or spacer reduce my pain. The separator with cover on the side protect my bunion from the shoes. Well recommended product.
