I use this tape to lift my breast and it is amazing. It stays on all day even when sweating. It stretches with your body so you can do anything and it stays in place. It doesn't rip my skin when i remove it but I do remove it with care, oil, and water. I use this tap when I am wearing something that doesn't agree with a bra. I actually prefer using this tape over a strapless bra. |

Love this K-tape. I was quite the skeptic when my physical therapist asked if she could tape me. I was like, ok, whatever. But after keeping it on for a few days, using it at the gym - I'm definitely a believer. Still not 100% in my arm, so I will put it on as needed, or if I'm going to the gym, but definitely definitely definitely makes a difference and happy I purchased this item. Thank you |

I don’t know how this tape works but if you learn how to apply the tape correctly for your condition the results will show. I now never do any hard core training without wearing the tape. I used this for my knee but I know it can be used for a variety of other different body parts. |

Have not tried every competitive product out there. But this product is one reason why. After using a few others, the quality of this product and pricing offered does not give reason to search for another product. This tape is not a miracle cure, but it definitely provides the benefits of added support, circulation, etc. Worth the use for sure when needed. |

I've injured my left wrist a couple of times, and I have a wrist brace to really hold it in place if needed. But as a software developer, it's much less comfortable if my wrist is completely immobile. RockTape acts as a really great replacement. I usually have 1 piece that wraps around my wrist to keep it stable and then one piece going along the back of my arm to offer additional support. This allows me to still bend imy wirst back slightly (with more resistance as I do it too much to give me a reminder) and still provide the structure my wrist needs to stay in place and heal. |
