Fantastic. Only used once so far, but did exactly what I needed it to. I'm using this to help with compressed disks in my neck from poor posture. Easy to use if you have common sense.

The device is fine. A simple and straight forward design that provides the cervical traction that I need. Not having to mess with a water bag is a plus.
