This tape is the best. It sticks on for several days even through showers. I use it for my ankles; knees especially and for other areas of my body that need support during daily activities and for long walks and hiking. My PT recommended it while I had a bad knee injury and I have been using it ever since. It is a life saver for me. I don't have to deny myself outdoor activities.

I fractured my ankle and also pulled the tendon and ligaments away from the bone. My physical therapist used this tape on my ankle. So now I'm continuing to tape my ankle for extra support as I am getting back to running. It's amazing that so little tape can add real support. I also find that when my ankle starts aching, I tape it and it really helps. I think the trick is knowing how to do it. So watching my PT do it, I feel comfortable that I'm doing it right. BTW, I tried a couple of other brands but they don't stay on as well and just didn't seem to give the same level of support.

Works great & love it. Sometimes it comes off but one news to clean the spot where one is going to place the tape. For example I put it on my left shin so I clean my shin with rubbing alcohol so the sweat can come off & the tape can stay
