Cervical pillow sleeping was recommended to me by my chiropractor, many years ago. I have purchase several others over the last years but so far, this is the best. I have slept on this pillow for about six weeks now, and my adjustments are much less. If you have any type of neck or shoulder issue, I highly recommend it!
