My PT gave me a smaller pully wth the metal door bracket to use. My doctor gave me one of these. The Norco is comfortable and smooth to use. I took the smaller pully to my office so I could do my stretches on break. The small pully was okay the first day but now has a squeak which is getting worse each day. I am not getting in my stretches as consistently because I don't want to disturb my co-workers. This Norco is quiet and the handles are easier to hold onto
