Best running knee supports I have found. Wash well, stay in place, wick sweat well, very breathable, and supports and compresses excellent!

Instant relief...great support with compression in all the right places. One of the best knee braces I've ever worn.

The KS7 locks your knee in place and does not move. There are no hot spots at all. And, bonus, it doesn't smell as bad after a run, although I do recommend washing it under warm water and letting it air dry every few runs.

I recently had knee surgery and got approval to go back to the gym. My physical therapist recommended this compression knee sleeve to wear when I workout. I was unsure on what size to get and I ended up with a Medium. The sleeve is tight hence the compression piece. I have been using this sleeve for over a month now and I love it. It has helped me feel great at the gym within my current limitations.

Excellent product. Longest run has been a half marathon with one KS7 on each keen and never have to adjust them during the run! Be careful when taking them off or putting on too fast; easy but painful way to remove leg hair.
