I can confidently walk without tripping over my foot while wearing my normal shoe size. It has helped me to move about freely and to work on my balance without that stupid plastic AFO that has bruised and scraped my legs horrible. I've happily thrown that waste of plastic in the trash.

These really help with supporting the muscles that control toe drop. I have used braces for 4 years that made me loose muscles that were good muscles. With these braces those muscles are coming back.
