I love this belt. The support it gives for my lower back is great. Wearing this belt gets me through the day.

I have been troubled by lumbar spine problems for a number of years, this belt has really giving me a good relief

With almost no disc space between 2 vertebrae in my lower back and currently going thru physical therapy, this belt has been most useful. I sit at a desk all day long which is very bad for my disc but if I wear the belt, I can work for hours and have no pain at all when I remove the belt. It also allows me to do some things that I would otherwise be unable to do. I can't say enough good about the belt.
