They fit perfectly in my New Balance workout shoes and have definitely made my heel pain from Plantars Fascitis much much better!

Tried many inserts without help. These inserts feel great. I can feel the support and they offset the flatness of my feet. Wish I had these sooner. Would recommend them to anyone with flat feet trying to get some extra support to create the arch their foot doesn't have.

For me the fit was perfect and it appears to be made of good quality.
