I have knee issues and have a lot of pain relief when I tape them before extensive physical activities. I like the beige color because it is less noticable. I also have black and colors, but they seem to gain attention from others often. The only down side with the beige is that after a day or two there is visible dirt/wear that is not visible on the black or darker colors. I like the full roll and the ability to select the exact length for various taping methods. All in all I Love the tape.

Used this for support during pregnancy. Im a massage therapist so i used it up to the end of my pregnancy... One flaw... It sticks SOOO good that it hurts like hell when you take it off!

I use this in between physical therapy appointments for my patella issues. Feels like a gentle hand giving support, but not sticky or annoying like Rock Tape. When it's on, I barely feel it. I can shower and sweat and it remains on. My PT is trained to use it, I'm not, so I just follow the placement that she does. Based on how great it works, I'm sure a thorough training would be necessary to get great results.

Stays intact even after multiple showers. Just don't have any cream on near tape usage
