A friend of mine recommended these foot sleeves. After a long-distance run , my feet and ankles are sore and tired for a few days following. After wearing these foot sleeves, my feet feel refreshed within a few hours of wearing them. I have not washed them yet, so I don't know how they hold up after washing.

I wear these at night, when I'm home and not wearing my shoes with prescription orthopedics. I also wear them to bed, though I rarely get through the night without pulling them off. They get the job done of supporting my arches and they last about six months to a year

I got this for my mom and she loves it! It alleviates her plantar fasciitis pain right when she puts it on. She wore them every day for a month and she didn't feel pain anymore. However, after not wearing them for 2 weeks, the pain started again. Therefore, she slips them back on and pain free again. She also said that since this effectively relieves pain, she doesn't need to wear orthotics with them. Note: this is a good treatment to alleviate pain, but it's not a "cure" for plantar fasciitis.

Needed some additional support and help with my plantar fasciitis and thought I'd give these a try. They surely help ease some of the pain and I feel my foot pain immediately when I forget to put them on.

I missed my Orthosleeves! I've tried a few other brands (trying to go less expensive), but none have come close to the support and comfort of the Orthosleeve FS6. I'm flat footed and over pronate, so extra support is a must. I don't plan to try other brands again.
