These are so comfy and fit perfectly in my shoes. I even wear them in my flat shoes. They give the support that flats can’t give. They have a Velcro piece to keep them from slipping. There’s nothing to stick it to on my flats though.

Good orthotics for the relief of foot pain due to flat feet need to be flexible so that when you place weight on your feet as you walk the orthotic flattens and then when you lift your foot and remove the weight the orthotic springs back to its normal shape. This is how a normal foot works and why these insoles are the best off-the-shelf orthotics I have found.

It maybe painful at first but after three days it gets better. The good thing about it is my right knee is getting better and I feel that my posture is upright again.

They are okay but I would have liked them a little bit longer to cover where my issue is on my foot

I am a bartender. I am on my feet for 8hrs plus with no breaks. Plantar fasciitis makes this very painful. I bought a pair of this insoles and after i got used to them, my feet have less pain
