Works good if you have neck pain related to working in an office. I try to do this everyday and have noticed a difference.

My chiropractor had this in her office, and let me borrow it for few days, as my neck curve is completely messed up. I love the relief it gives me, after being on it for like 5-10 minutes. I try to use it as often as I can. It gives such a good gentle stretch to the neck! If your neck isn't messed up, you probably won't feel much, but if you're anything like me and could use something like this for pain relief, re-shaping the curve, etc, this product is a great one.

It's a bit pricey for what it is, and how well it works depends on what is wrong with your neck, and how consistently you use it. But, with the first use, I was definitely able to feel a difference in the pain in my neck. My neck felt much looser, and the pump does seem to be helping.

i have had neck pain for a while and i bought this to see if it would help. the answer was that it helped amazingly. my pain has been going away each day. great product.
