This is well designed and well made. Fits thumb comfortably. Washable materials. It constrains thumb motion enough that the big lowest joint does not move too much, which is where I have serious pain. Not letting that joint slip around helps a lot on pain.

I bought a right hand brace. So far I absolutely love it. Keeps my thumb steady and braced.

These are the best if your thumb CMC joints are worn out. Unlike other splints/braces, I can still work, write, ride my bike, play guitar, etc.
