Very stretchy k-tape with strong adhesive. Tape stayed on my soccer son for 3 days even through showers. Will buy again.

My PT used this and recommend it to me. It is a bit pricey compared to other tapes, but is worth it. It is sturdier in it's support that other Kinesiology tapes I've tried and it lasts for days. Shower and sweat proof and by rounding the corners of the tape, sticks better than the competition.

This tape held up for 5 showers without coming loose at the edges. I took it off on day 6 to let my skin breath. I'm sure it would have stayed in places for a longer period.

I brought this tape because it suppose to last longer and water stable. I found it doesn't even stick to itself. It hardly lasts a day.
